Rub the scrub all over your (damp) skin before you take a bath or shower. When the scrub is rinsed from your skin it will be both exfoliated from the sugar and moisturized from the oils.
The scrubs contain demerara sugar, ground olive stones to polish your skin and grapeseed oil for it’s lightness and high linoleic acid content.
